If your Quiznos Gift Card is refused or damaged please fill out the below following the steps: 1) Call 866-733-2943 IMMEDIATELY to have the card deactivated. 2) Fully complete the information requested below If your claim is submitted correctly along with your card/receipt, a reimbursement check or gift card replacement will be issued for the amount remaining on the refused or damaged gift card. Quiznos is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged or illegible claims. Allow 4-6 weeks for a replacement card or reimbursement check.
