How many receipts can I scan?
Answer: You can scan up to 2 receipts every 4 hours.

How many redemptions can I use per visit?
Answer: You can use one redemption per visit.

How do I redeem?
Answer: When you are in or near a Quiznos, open the app, click the ‘redeem’ button in the app, select how many points you would like to use, and then scan or show your code to the cashier. After pressing redeem, you have 2 hours to use the code before it expires.

Do points expire?
Answer: Points expire after 365 days of inactivity.

How do I earn points?
Answer: To earn points you tap the ‘rewards’ button, then tap ‘earn’ button in the app. You can then scan your code at the cash register at time of purchase or scan the bar code on the bottom of your receipt.

I don’t have an Iphone or Android, can I still participate in the loyalty program?
Answer: Yes, please go here –https://quiznos.com/signup to sign up for Toasty Points.

What if I did not get the same number of points that my receipt shows?
Answer: Points are given pretax and rounded down to the nearest dollar.

How do I find a Quiznos that is participating?
Answer: Tap ‘stores’ in the app to find a participating location.

Do my points work at any Quiznos?
Answer: Your points can be earned or redeemed at any participating Quiznos. Tap ‘stores’ in the app to find a Quiznos near you.

I scanned my receipt and did not get my points…Now what?
Answer: Please contact us through the app and send a picture of your receipt to receive points.

How long do I have to scan my receipts?
Answer: Bar codes can be scanned for 14 days.

Do I get anything if I use Facebook to sign up?
Answer: Yes, you will receive an additional 10 bonus points plus the sign-up offer.

Do I get anything when I sign up?
Answer: Yes, you will receive an offer for $5 off your first app order. To use this offer, go to the ‘inbox’ section of the app.

How do I login to Toasty Points?
Answer: To login, tap the ‘login’ button on the app and then enter your email and your password and tap ‘login’. If you used Facebook to sign up, tap ‘login with Facebook’. If you are having issues logging in, tap the top left menu and then tap ‘need help’. If you forgot your password or need to change it tap the ‘forgot password’ text on the ‘login’ screen

How do I update my account info?
Answer: Please tap ‘more’ from the navigation in the app and then tap ‘profile’. Simply edit the info you need to change and tap ‘save changes’. Note: To change birthday please contact us though the Need Help? link or at [email protected]

How do I order from the app?
Answer: Just click the ‘order’ button in the app, select a store, pick a delicious Toasty sub, and check out.

Do I have to create a new account to order ahead with the app?
Answer: If you have not ordered online with Quiznos, you will need to create a new order ahead account one time for security reasons.

I have already ordered with Quiznos, can I use my existing account?
Answer: You can use an existing account to access your saved payment options, delivery addresses, favorites, and past orders. To use this, instead of creating a new account, enter your current online account information into the app one time.

Can I use the app to deliver subs?
Answer: Yes, you can use the app for delivery at locations that offer delivery.

How do I earn points on these purchases?
Answer: After the store has accepted your order, you will receive points for your purchase.

How do I redeem points or other offers?
Answer: At checkout, you will see available offers and points you can apply to your order.

How do I know if the store accepted my order?
Answer: You can check order by clicking the ‘order’ button, and then the ellipses button, then tap ‘order history’. If your order still says pending, the store has not accepted your order yet. Please contact us through the app if you have issues with this.
