The Great Quiznos Spring Break Road Trip Challenge 2024 is sponsored by Quiznos. Internet access is required.
Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents aged 18 years or who have reached age of majority, whichever is older, excluding employees, agents, partners, licensees, and franchisees of Quiznos, and their respective employees, and all immediate family members of the aforementioned and/or members of their households. Must be eligible to win. Internet access is required. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address and per phone number. Multiple entries may not be associated with the same e-mail address or phone number.
Entry Period: Entry period begins March 21, 2024 at 12 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Sponsor’s clock shall be the official time keeping device of the Contest.
Prizes: One special edition Quiznos Road Trip t-shirt (approximate retail value: $35 per shirt) for each registrant who eats a sub from at least 10 Quiznos restaurants and documents the visits. At the end of the contest, qualifying participants will be sent one Quiznos Road Trip t-shirt to their registered US address.
Any registrants who visit at least 25 Quiznos outlets and order subs from each, qualify for the potential to win a Grand Prize, as follows:
First Prize: $5,000
Second Prize: $1,500
Third Prize: $500
In the event of a tie, each qualifying entrant will receive the prize for that category. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

After registration, visit Quiznos outlets and document your visits by ordering your subs through the Quiznos app. Use of the app is highly encouraged. You may alternatively submit by e-mail by attaching copies of your receipts along with photos and/or videos of you eating your subs to

If submitting by e-mail, you must include in the body of the e-mail your name, address, and phone number, and designate the Subject Line as follows: The Great Quiznos Spring Break Road Trip Challenge 2024. Entries will not be acknowledged or confirmed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, garbled, unintelligible, late, or delayed entries.
By registering for this Contest, entrant agrees to be contacted by Sponsor by e-mail communication to the e-mail supplied at time of registration. Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may contact entrant at the phone number supplied at time of registration. Entrant may opt out of communications at any time, but if Sponsor is unable to contact entrant, entrant may forfeit prize.
How to Win: Registrants who order subs from at least 10 different Quiznos outlets and who submit by either the app or the e-mail entry as indicated above will be eligible to win a limited edition Quiznos t-shirt.
Registrants who order subs from at least 25 different Quiznos outlets and who submit by either the app or the e-mail entry as indicated above will be eligible to win one of the Grand Prizes (“Qualifying Registrants”).
All complete entries must be submitted and received by Sponsor within the Entry Period. Incomplete, late, delayed, garbled, unintelligible, or otherwise unreceived entries will not be considered. Subject to Sponsor’s discretion.
Potential winners will be determined within seven (7) days of the close of the Entry Period, and winner notification shall be conducted soon thereafter. Sponsor will notify potential winners by the e-mail supplied at registration. Any number of winners may be announced and identified on Sponsor’s and others’ social media platforms.
Qualifying Registrants may win one of three additional prizes depending on whether they visit the most Quiznos outlets by comparison to other registrants. The Qualifying Registrant who eats a sub at the most Quiznos outlets and satisfies all other requirements as stated above will win the Grand Prize First Prize of $5,000. The Qualifying Registrant who eats a sub at the next highest number of Quiznos outlets and satisfies all other requirements as stated above will win the Second Prize of $1,500. The Qualifying Registrant who eats a sub at the third most number of Quiznos outlets and satisfies all other requirements as stated above will win the Third Prize of $500. In the event of a tie, each winner will receive the prize value as stated. All potential winners must be validated and confirmed by Sponsor. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or is otherwise unavailable or Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner, an alternative winner will be awarded based on who is next in the number of qualifying visits.
General Prize Conditions: Each prize winner will be responsible for providing a valid e-mail address, phone number, U.S. address and/or other information requested by Sponsor. Failure to provide any and all necessary information as requested by Sponsor could disqualify entrant from winning a prize.
Winners are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the prize winner in receiving or using the prize. Winners may be required to complete required tax forms or other documents requested within the time period stipulated by Sponsor. Time is of the essence in awarding the prize. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be determined. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be determined.
Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner(s) fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize will be allowed. Sponsor need not award all prizes if there is an insufficient number of eligible entries.
Limitation of Liability, Consent and Release: By registering for the Contest, each entrant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Sponsor, and its respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, successors and assigns (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with, related to, or arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). For clarity, entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless any and all of the Sponsor Entities from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
Except where prohibited, entry into the Contest constitutes the consent of the entrant, without further compensation, for Sponsor to use his/her name, and contact information (including, for clarity, any e-mail address and phone number provided by entrant) for editorial, advertising, marketing, publicity, and administrative purposes by Sponsor. Acceptance of a prize constitutes a release of the Sponsor Entities by any winner of any and all legal claims in connection with the administration of this Contest and the use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of [insert state] without regard for any conflict of laws doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of, related to, or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the courts located in [insert county, state], and entrant waives any defense including but not limited to personal jurisdiction in that court. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Disclaimers: Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, delayed, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Entrants or Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest. Moreover, use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may cancel, terminate or modify this Contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the number of prizes specified in these rules.
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS CONTEST OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
The value(s) of the prize(s) set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value(s) thereof; the actual fair market value(s) as ultimately determined by Sponsor are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value(s) of a prize is more than the actual fair market value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. No substitution or compensation will be given for any portion of the prize that is not used.
